We have had the pleasure of serving their coffee every day for half a decade, and the Estate continues to be a leader in sustainable, environmentally-conscious coffee production. Sonora Estate Red Catuai Honey has been a cornerstone offering in our Dharma Espresso and Three Pillars blends. While each component has changed slightly from farm to farm or lot to lot, we have always offered the Sonora Estate Red Catuai Honey in these blends. Sonora Estate has minimized their environmental impact by utilizing the freshwater spring that runs through the farm to generate energy for the micro-mill, farmhouses, and even their home estate. They have also reduced their annual water usage by roughly 900,000 gallons of water by focusing on Honey and Natural process coffee.
