BRAZIL SITIO JOAO NETO

Festivity Blend

TASTING NOTES
BODY: MEDIUM
FLAVOR: MILK CHOCOLATE, BERRY, CITRUS
FINISH: SWEET LINGER
Another year of Festivity Cheer! Combining two coffees from Ethiopia and one from Guatemala, we wanted to showcase another side of our seasonal blend. The acidity and sweetness of citrus and berries from Ethiopia partner pleasantly with the silky body and nutty chocolate flavors from Guatemala. This offering is sweet, decadent, and perfect for this time of year.

STORY
This marks the second year we are offering our signature Festivity Blend. Each year we set out to create a unique blend of coffees from around the world that captures the spirit of winter in every cup. We began working on the new Festivity Blend as soon as the previous iteration left our shelves. In January, we discovered the small producer-grown Guatemala Huehuetenango Ixban lot; its lively acidity and milk chocolate notes make it the ideal base coffee for our Festivity Blend. Soon after, we brought in two distinct Ethiopian coffees from the Guji region: an offering from the Mulish washing station and one from Dimtu Farm. The Mulish's wine and sweet-tart characteristics mix wonderfully with the Dimtu offering's lovely floral and mulling spice notes. The blend is complex and delicious, perfect for sharing and enjoying with friends and family.
