STORY
For the last 60 years the farms in Veracruz, Mexico have been selling their coffees as a blend to large crop buyers all over the world. This practice is used to protect the farmer by guaranteeing a price regardless of quality on the coffee market. In 2016 a push was made to switch the coffee production in Veracruz and specifically Finca la Higuera towards single lot specialty coffee. This offering is the fruits of their labors: an amazing lot that fill us with hope of the possibilities of specialty coffee across the globe.
