Another stellar coffee from Patricia Diaz! This new offering is perfect for your morning cup of coffee and as your afternoon pick-me-up. Once brewed, the coffee smells of rose and cocoa. Subtle tart notes of raspberry and lemon zest transcend the delicate aroma as the coffee cools. After taking a sip the medium body couples with sweet notes and ends in a mouthwatering finish, leaving you wanting more.
All aspects of production at El Diamante are managed by Patricia Diaz and her mother. Together they oversee every step of the way; from planting saplings to picking only the ripest cherries, from processing the seeds to milling and exporting. Their dedication to their craft is unmatched, and it shows in the quality of the cup. Patricia Diaz gives what little spare time she has back to her community, and she is loved and adored for doing so. This is the fifth year that we have been working with Patricia Diaz and with each passing season we become more impressed and more infatuated with the coffees that she produces.
