Honduras Clovis Vásquez
FLAVOR: PEACH, CARAMEL, CHOCOLATE
This Honduran offering has a sweet and well-rounded flavor profile that will delight any coffee enthusiast. The peach and caramel notes combine with the coffee's innate chocolatey characteristics to create a wonderfully sweet cup that is delicious from the first sip to the final drop. The medium body of the coffee supports the sweetness without lingering on the palate.
Clovis Vásquez is an enterprising farmer who successfully transitioned from selling cattle, vehicles, and vegetables to producing high-quality specialty coffee. Clovis was able to purchase a plot of land and began growing coffee that he would sell to Cocafelol. Clovis' coffee growing operation completely sustains his family, and he has since been able to cease all other business endeavors to focus solely on coffee. The offerings produced on Finca Agua Colorada are 100% sun-dried and processed from January through May. The altitude of the farm and the annual rainfall of the area result in delicious coffee that we are excited to present. Enjoy!
