Palate Development & Tasting
Ever wonder how we come up a coffee’s flavor notes? Come learn how! The Temple training staff will discuss the coffee flavor wheel while exploring and critically tasting various fruits, chocolates, nuts, etc. We will use these tactile experiences and compare them to 3 coffee samples evaluating aroma, body, acidity, sweetness, and flavors. All palates welcome! *Please inform your trainer prior to class of any food allergies. 1.5- hour class. 12-person maximum
$30, which includes a 12 oz bag of freshly roasted coffee per person.
There are NO refunds and NO rescheduling. An email reminder will be sent out at least 2 days before the event.
All classes will be held at the roasting and training facility at 2825 S. St. Sacramento, CA 95816 (look for the door marked “Education”).
